Combination of:
- lack of passing game threat (8-9 in the box)
- predictability of scheme, play calling
- lack of adaptability mid-game of scheme
- individual poor OL performances (Robinson, Barnes in particular)
- Gurley getting frustrated with getting leveled in the backfield and starting to freelance by mid-season
- Offense largely quits on Fisher/Boras in final 3-4 games
