Fisher's time was wearing thin on the team.......His years of losing records and no playoffs just had run it's course....He lost the team.
It's the whole enchilada, because with that comes players not giving 100% and a first time OC that simply was in over his head.....A BIG MESS.
McVay and Co. can come in, bring in a big broom, clean up the mess and turn it around. The key, they need to WIN EARLY.....Then, the fire is started and this team will believe in the new staff.
