compared to the snead.
I do not share your opinion that snead is a bad GM. That being said, I agree he should be on the hotseat given that the team has not won. Was that snead or fisher or both? idk, its difficult to tell. i think this year will tell alot. if the offense steps up and plays well it is a clue that fisher's staff was just not that good and couldnt develop the talent that the scouting department acquired. if not, perhaps youre right and snead needs to go. you can hope for the latter if you prefer, but im routing for the rams to turn the corner.

Two years ago I and others were saying Fisher must go, and we gave reasons why. I predicted he wouldn't last the year and got laughed at. I got a lot of push back calling BS and stuff similar to that.
Now, I am saying Snead must go. And it's the same story, more push back, more calling BS.
I have my own convictions about what a GM should be and do, and Snead doesn't cut the mustard with me.
I have watched good teams handle a draft and it's in stark comparison to how the Rams do it.
I happen to agree with Key that Snead and his staff aren't good enough. And a GM is the guy who should be making the final assessments on who to draft, not a 31 year old rookie HC.
If I'm wrong about it, I will do a total mea culpa. I don't expect one from any but a handful of guys if I'm right.
