The NFL than needs to abandon relocation guidelines.

They should come clean and say that the owners have the right to move whenever they want. It is open and free.

If that is done, I would agree with you.

And to be honest, I am not against that free enterprise approach. But don't present it like we want to try to keep teams more stable, but wink wink, when it can create more money, but in reality we don't really care at all.
