The Draft is what I can't wait to see about McVay.
I really want to see his approach to teams needs and BPA. Also, is he "The Guy" when it comes to the final decision, or is it a group decision?
I am pretty confident that McVay IS "The Guy" but I am sure he will give Snead most if not all the credit! No doubt in my mind that this IS McVay's team (Thank Goodness!)!

Snead has final say.
But it will clearly be a collaboration. Snead will be evaluating based upon "McVay type" players, anyway.
I will say that it sounds like Snead and McVay are working hand in glove so far this offseason, based upon pressers and interviews. More so than Snead did with Fisher. THAT was the Fisher show.
