they are digging out of a hole and are clearly not better talent wise right now
not dumping on them just stating what is clearly obvious. Maybe some things regarding personnel arent' received well if they don't come from the likes of Paulbutcher and others... RFIP may have gone overboard but his overall message is true. The Rams are in a total rebuild and not an attractive place to play right now

All the above tells me that the new staff knows it can do better at all those positions. Tells me all I need to know about Fisher's evals and vision, too. But I digress.
Our 4-12 '16 roster is gonna have a BUNCH of new faces at starting positions. Maybe 10-11 of them.
That's bold, man. This new staff (including Snead as new here) is moving on from the old culture and many of the old players. They seem to have a plan and they're executing it very rapidly.
If all of that isn't impressing you after 5 years of Fisher mediocrity, I don't know what to tell you.
As to RFIP? I love the guy. He's a board treasure. But every now and then he steps in it with a silly "click bait" post as he did today. Doesn't that deserve some playful teasing? Lol.
