Demoff was correct when he said it was a total organization failure.
Thing is, the Rams only addressed the coaching aspect of the total failure.
Unless McVay is a phenom who can overcome the incompetence in the rest of the organization, including Demoff and Snead, then the Rams will continue in their losing ways.
My view is that McVay is a relatively unknown factor in the equation. If he is successful I will call him the Man from Nazareth.
..is a place-holder until the 2018 off-season when silent stan will be forced to finally clean house in upper management (Demoff, Snead, etc..) and bring in powerful, knowledgeable NFL front office folks and offer $10-$15 mil/year for a proven HC with rings.
Agree that Snead, Demoff and the like will greatly hamper McVay's tenure. One has to look no further than to see what these clowns have amassed with the RG3 deal..
