That was a huge positive move, although 2 years overdue, imo.
I consider Demoff a superb spokesperson and salary cap manager. Superb.
Snead? It's beginning to appear that Snead was mostly right on his recommendations on personnel over the last 5 years, otherwise he would be on the street along with Fisher. So, how is THAT a bad thing?
I'm gonna take a wait and see approach to this HC decision process. I think a strong case could be made for any one of four different coordinators that have been mentioned frequently. All of them already interviewed.
To "prepare for the losing culture to continue" seems like it's over the top at this point. At least to me.
