As nobody knows as of this time what's going on, one thing could be a definite chain of command will be created. Owner > GM > HC > various other groups, assistants, trainers, etc... Snead may be staying on as the GM, and will hire a head coach of his choosing (with the owners blessing) as it should be.

Either you're an HC or a GM, not both. Snead was the GM (in name) Fisher was the HC meddling in GM responsibilities. The HC should have some input, but the GM should have final say in what players the HC has.

Demoff will remain as the money man, report to the owner, and not have any subordinates, or input into anything not financial.

As zn said, it's all TBA, also IMO subject to change without any logical reason. Almost like the FO is flying by the seat of their pants in a reactive mode.
