That Tavon thing is a 2 parter, isn't it?
1) The trade up and pick itself. I considered it a bold move at the time. Marginally favored it over the safer path of keeping the original picks. I foolishly assumed that Fisher's O staff could and would turn Tavon into a feared weapon.
2) The extension. This one was unforgivable. I STILL can't rationalize this one. An example of the type of decisions that have made the Rams a league laughingstock. I have a hard time tagging Snead with that one, though, since he's still on the job. And Fisher isn't.
