That being said, I`m not going to buy into your new found love for this organization and Demoff. They must prove it first. LOL you wouldn't be you if you did. And one correction, my new found love is in the process. I have used that word consistently. I would still reassign Demoff and fire Snead

Been saying forever that Demoff brought Snead in, loves him and will do everything in his power to keep him. He will stay because of Demoff. I doubt a new OC type hire will have the ability to shoot KD down in that area. And if it's Shanahan, remember who his agent is.

Snead stays and that was KD's plan all along.
