I think a lot of holes sprung up that we may not have seen before - I hope some were injury related that will heal - Gaines/Havenstein/Gurely - but the receivers still stink, the rest of the Oline are question marks, the TE's stink - they have to decide what to do with TruJo , Quinn's status is iffy, I wish I shared your enthusiasm.
You know how many teams have won 4 or less games one season, and were in the playoffs the next?
How about the 1-15 Dolphins that went like 11-5 the next and in the playoffs.
You think that 1 win team had holes?? You bet they did.
I've never thought much of Havs, Gaines or Gurley so I counted them as handicaps.
But they all can be serviceable in the right schemes.
It requires less than you might think to make this team competitive.
I just hope Goff is at a minimum...serviceable.
