That being said, I`m not going to buy into your new found love for this organization and Demoff. They must prove it first. LOL you wouldn't be you if you did. And one correction, my new found love is in the process. I have used that word consistently. I would still reassign Demoff and fire Snead

Also, you still think Snead is definitely a goner? LOL...

I still think what I said. His job is not safe, and if the guy they want doesn't want Snead, he'll be out
