I ain't but I subscribe to the "show me" sentiment.
Here is all I could find on me talking about Snead and leaving other than me saying he should. IF you can show me where I'm backing off anything I will own it.

Quote Tom Pelissero ✔ @TomPelissero My understanding on Les Snead's fate: #Rams don't want to limit selves in coaching search. If their target wants new GM, they're open to it. 10:53 AM - 17 Dec 2016

Quote But I suppose Snead’s status could be contingent on who the new HC is and their input. We'll call it The Rodger Saffold, that the statement above ^^^is what happens. Deal?

So I guess you haven't considered the possibility that they're getting feedback on Snead from potential coaching candidates before making the final decision? Could that not be as plausible as any other explanation?

Looks like he missed a chance to sure up the Rams pass rush from the left side. Cowboys picked up this David Irvin dude off the Chiefs practice squad. Kid took over the game in the 4th qtr. Ah well, maybe he'll have better luck in his next gig.

They needed to have a personnel guy on board for any roster adjustments. Not unusual at all. Snead has been guaranteed nothing and what he's actually doing is helping them formulate a list of candidates. No problem with that Demoff is not a problem, they can still restructure the organization with him there. Kroenke and Demoff are not leading the search. They are the two most senior members there of course, but they are not leading the search. That's media speak and you're taking the bait.
