It's been reported that the 3 guys traveling around on the Rams search to find the next HC are Demoff, Snead, and Tony Pastoors.

I believe Demoff and Snead are not qualified to do a credible HC evaluation, but I don't know enough about Pastoors.

All I know about this guy is that he's 29 years old, and played Dartmouth football. Sounds like an alum hire by Demoff. Anyone know anything more about him and why he's part of the HC search?
