makes these choices (as far as his staff)....if they get a guy to be HC but at the same time make choices for him (keeping the DC or ST for that matter) it looks to me that the HC they choose is but an arm of the upper area of the organization......I don't want to really see that type thing play out. If they say something like "we'd like you to be the next HC, but we'd like you to keep so and so as part of your staff" it looks like the guy is just a yes guy to upper management and IMO the upper management hasn't shown me they actual have the football savvy to make those type decisions.
