I predict 7-9 or 8-8.
But the issue is not going to be QB play. Keenum is plenty steady even if only "average" so to speak. He's by no means a playoff QB. But neither is Goff ready to be thrown to the wolves. For one thing, like most young QBs, he holds onto the ball too long. Some of this is just processing things too slowly at first. I don't want Goff getting knocked around because he isn't there yet. Mannion didn't play at all last year, and you can see how he's grown from a full year of development. Goff will too. And he won't be licking his wounds while he's doing it. Kid needs to get some sand in his pants.
The issue is going to be WRs who have trouble getting open; but even more, finishing plays by catching the ball.
The one other place I'm concerned with is the secondary, mostly at FS. But with Gaines gimpy again........
