When the Rams were drafting #19 I wanted an edge, we ended up with Verse but at the time I was weighing and comparing Verse, Latu and Turner. In the 2nd round I wanted the best DT we could get I was thinking Smith and Jenkins before I knew about the trade up but really like the idea of Newton while ok with Fiske. When sixth round rolled around and I was staring at the best available list I liked the idea of Wingo but am more than happy the Rams got Davis. It might be a grass being greener on the other side of the fence mentality, hopefully our guys show why Les is the GM and not I. I loved the workman like approach to this offseason the Rams had an Eagles type offseason and that is a good thing. The Eagles ever since Andy prioritize the trenches it is something I have often been jealous of. This offseason the Rams prioritized the OL in free agency and put a ton of resources in the front seven on defense in the draft This will pay dividends down the road for years to come.
