I'm sorry, but I like Verse a lot more. Seems like a way better culture guy. Turner looked a bit small and kind of a d-bag.

but we just disagree about peak value as a rusher and cover guy. Yeah, Turner is small, but he's faster and he's dropped

If you don't like him, fine. I like both. One has more all around abilities the other has better array of pass rush moves, longer arms
and isn't quite as stiff.

But Verse was my #2 edge, ahead of Latu. So I am very happy, plus coupled with Fiske, who is the DI I liked best all along.

Was not Newton, or a Murphy fan ... I mean I'd live with them but Fiske is the guy I wanted for Jonah's snaps

As for Turner, he's got more upside as a rusher but love Verse, too.

Blood we have talked about this in other threads but (and I know you can only draft who is available when your time is up so Turner and Newton were not on the board when the Rams drafted). I am curious since I respect your opinion on players about the Newton/Fiske comparison. I understand a player can be a better prospect but not the best fit. Is it a style/mesh thing that makes you like Fiske better? At the top of the 2nd I was starting to really like the idea of getting a DT that some would have been ok with us getting in the first round at #19. I need some help killing that dream of Newton in my head so I can move on. As for the 3 top edges, I read and understood it to be Latu most polished/pro ready but has serious injury concern, Turner had best measurables/highest ceiling but also the most raw, and Verse was the Goldilocks, 2nd best measurables and 2nd best polish. I liked Latu because I never saw a mock where Turner would be available at 19 so I never saw him as an option. I liked the idea of Latu but the injury history was a major concern.
