I will say that I think both Skowronek and Atwell need to earn their 2024 roster spots. And my hope is they both re-sign Robinson and draft a WR somewhere in the 2nd-4th rounds. One of them could get released or traded at final cutdowns in late August.
But Skowronek and Atwell
do have dept roles. Depth guys like them aren't important- until you need them for 3-4 games... And cutting them now to save a million here or there just isn't necessary given where the team is. They have cap space. And obviously it's Allen and Noteboom (saving them $9.9M between them) that seems likely they move on from.
