You said this about Tutu at least twice. While it is understood that he is small, this does not equate to not being physical or a good blocker. The Rams receivers are good run blockers, with Puka the highest ranked WR in the league. But guess who is #18 in the league, the little fellow you want to hang out to dry. He is better than most other WRs in the league at run blocking. He's not going anywhere on this contract.
