Cut them both and pick up $2.5 mil.
Skow may be ST's captain, but dang I sure didn't see him stand out. And he has lost any place in the O.
But, the same can be said for Tutu. He simply doesn't offer enough for the money. And, what is worse, is that with the new physical Rams, WRs MUST be good blockers and Tutu is just too darn small to do that. Tutu is no better than a 4th WR, that can only be used in limited ways.
I think the Rams move on from them both because neither offer much and they may as well bring in some new blood.
Do NOT be shocked if the Rams take a WR they really like as early as the 3rd round.
