His answer to taking the ball first was that he wanted to get the ball back again. Well, Kyle, if the Chiefs had kicked a FG the game would have kept going the Super Bowl would not end in a tie. Seems some people had trouble understanding that it was a new game, if both teams posssed the ball and the score was still tied, they would keep going until they had a winner.
I think I get what he’s talking about. If KC got a FG instead of game winning TD, then SF gets next possession and a FG wins.
