Certainly I understand why that's the consensus opinion, can't argue that.... but at the same time I thought, then and now, that the Rams didn't view it as 'All In' for 2021. I think the Rams felt they had a strategy that was sustainable. It didn't work out.
Whatever the case.... the 'new plan', if it can be called that, appears to me have been quite successful. 2023 is actually remarkable considering the skid they found themselves in during 2022.
As to your question.... for me, since I'm not fully aboard with the "All In" during 2021 I'd have to answer no to "All In" for 2024... but that doesn't mean I don't think they're shooting for the Lombardi next year... I most assuredly do. Hell, I think that applies to THIS year.
