There would have to be someone they really like to stay where they're going to be (21/22/23?) in round 1. I see them trading down to 30, 31, 32 or into the top of round 2.
I can't buy that they would take a QB in round 1.
Maybe a LOT. Partially because I can easily see Jackson move to the Right side and do a good job in time. And, while Jackson is a battler, an upgrade there is not out of the question.
I have a hard time seeing them take a WR tin Round 1....but with McVay you never know. You simply can't have enough weapons. And, with his injury, I wonder if that TE from Georgia might slip to the bottom part of round 1.
I wonder if there is a dynamic Edge that might be there?
Here's the thing: I want to see them not screw around and lose either Spoon or Dotson. These are two really good players. And they would leave huge holes if they departed. So this is the first place I'd look to spend FA money.
The thing I'd like to see is a FAST FS that can make up ground. Between Johnson and Fuller we must have the slowest starting Safety tandem in the NFL.
