There's play calling and then there's play execution. This is a mediocre team that's living on the edge week in and week out. I was upset with the call at the time, but I like the mindset and the put your foot on their throat mentality. Puka makes the play he can, and has, made and it's a touchdown or at the one with the clock running. A quick slant is a very high percentage play and Puka was having a good game. When the game is on the line, you put the ball in the hands of your best players. That's Stafford and Puka, not Henderson and Freeman
I'm not into second guessing plays in games we win. Plenty of losses this year to chew through plays in your mind afterward.
