This is a year of player personnel evaluation. This is not to defend Morris who, I think, is overrated. Yet, he is no dummy either.
I think everyone needs to relax and stop over analyzing....especially when considering the larger context of this year's goals.
Stafford hasn't forgotten how to QB. McVay hasn't forgotten how to coach. They just don't have the horses, and some of the ones that we'll count on going forward are just puppies learning how to play the NFL game. Others won't be on this team next year.
Funny how super successful coaches go through down years and suddenly they don't know how to coach. Bellicheck and Pederson come to mind. Pederson was fired, and now has a potential Superbowl team. Bellicheck will get the Pats right once given the horses and their owner understands that.
