Great post! I wasn't sure what to expect from this team, but here are a few random thoughts on the season so far.
1. I owe Tutu an apology. No matter how much ranch dressing I put on that crow, it still tastes like crap. What a pleasant surprise he has been!
2. Puka!!!!! Oh my....... I remember a few "who the heck is that guy" outbursts in my living room on draft day. Well, now we all know! The whole NFL knows!! What a stud and I can't wait to see him out there with Kupp.
3. I've learned how amazing Stafford can be when he is not running for his life or being pressured constantly. The difference between the Bengals and the Colts games was unbelievable.
4. For many years now Stafford has been known as one of the toughest QBs in the league and this past Sunday he showed why. DAWG!
5. This defense is coming together with its mix of youth and veterans.
6. Our coach is still a bit set in his ways at times and tries to fit a square peg into a round hole. "I swear, this things gonna fit!" Pretty soon the games over and there are square pegs all over the field that couldn't find a home. Looked like he found the running game plays again on Sunday, so that's a good thing.
