"The cupboard is bare"
"I do not trust Snead with player evaluations"
"He is only good at spending other people's money"
"He is over his head"
My my!!! I am wondering what experience you have in the league to make these accusations.....
Wildly reckless and unfounded IMO.
He doesn't need you to trust him. I imagine he doesn't even care what you think unless you personally know him. Last time the most respected people at the job of professional football commented, Snead is admired and respected by people who count and are knowledgeable . Last time I checked, the Rams under Snead and McVay have an excellent track record. And how do you know how Snead spends "his own" money and the exact financial constraints and parameters of the money he has to spend and how to spend it? How much inside information do you really have?
While Brad Holmes may be very talented, everyone has the right to an opportunity to evolve and be promoted. Is this the Rams mistake or Brad Holmes decision and right just like Staley. I'll bet they appreciated him and knew how good he is. Brad Holmes and his family had a choice in this also.
Oh... and the Lions are FINALLY getting good and have won one game. I guess they are automatically the Super Bowl champions. This must be their 4th one.
Not everyone can get to the SB. Not everyone can be the Patriots. I personally am ok with understanding the reality that we can't win everything every year despite our desire to. That doesn't mean our people are terrible. It's not the end of the world. All but one team will fail this year if winning the SB is the goal. I suspect the Rams will not be that team even though they have arguably the best administration they have ever had based on their track record. I'm ok with rebuilding a little this year... and next.
And YES "we have a SuperBowl victory
