Morris can only play the guys he has. But...what he can do is to modify the scheme to fit what he has rather than playing a scheme that it takes some awfully good veterans to pull off. He's got a lot of young inexperienced guys, so he's going to have to let guys play more on pure ability and instinct than within a complex and highly orchestrated scheme. Fast and loose to start the year. Maybe getting a little more complicated as the year progresses.
Maximizing what he has ought to be, and probably will be, the measurement.
