Yeah, Shaw in the 30 years with the Rams was right a handful of times. He wanted Georgia to hire Mike Holmgren over Chuck Knox in 1992, plus wanted Vermeil and the two other times with Faulk & Martz as you communicated. The reason I disliked Shaw immensely was, he was the guy that talked Georgia into doing the hostile takeover firing her stepson in Steve Rosenbloom and being the person who runs the Rams not Steve. Because of that Shaw will always be in my eyes a complete ass although he made Georgia money and because of he doing that ensured he would stay with the Rams. He was also behind the move to St. Louis, but that is another story.
