I believe that McVay’s focus on getting the best possible asst coach fits will prove to be the single best offseason move by the Rams, and I love this draft.

McVay took his sweet time in choosing these hires, and rightly so, but I am almost giddy at the thought of so many coaching upgrades coming in to teach these youngsters. From OC to waterboy I see upgrades almost everywhere I look.
