that became the big change from dial up to DSL.
At that time, AOL hosted sports forums, and that led me to the Dispatch as well. Eventually, AOL killed off those forums, and that led full time to here.....
Zn was on multiple boards, and could "agitate."
There was sort of heyday of sports radio personalities, too. By the late 90's Jim Rome, and Hacksaw out of a San Diego powerhouse transmission (generated out of Mexico.) were knowns. Rome was able to translate that to TV, but I digress.
For sure, the Warner era surged my appetite......
