I never really thought Mayfield was gonna stay a Ram.

He played great on the Thursday Night game vs the Raiders.....Nice interview for an NFL gig.....Gotta strike while the iron is still hot...So he goes to try to START again, and we all know the end to this story. Seen it before.

I'm glad he's gone because what I really want is the Rams to clean up the QB room this season.

Stafford #1 QB........Then, clean house and go get 2 NEW FACES in that room.....We need to think about life after Stafford and we all know Perkins and Wolford are not it!!!!!

Simple IMHO.
