1) If your comments about the Ram's hope of keeping Miller and Floyd are accurate then it was a bigger mistake in giving Floyd that contract.
2) The Ram's FO got screwed in the Ramsey trade. There's no reason to state it any other way.
Together this tells me that as good as McSnead has been they still have bad blind spots. Leopards don't change their spots easily and I'm actually expecting another bad draft. I'm not hopeful.
McSnead have definitely earned the benefit of the doubt given their outstanding success overall, but to more to the next level they're going to have to address their blind spots.
