You are great at posting stats but this comes across as desperate for accolades and maybe attention. How Ramsey has been used lately only proves that he is NOT being used for the reason why the Rams traded A LOT to get him. The stats might look good on paper but it does not change the fact that the Rams wanted a CB to SHUT DOWN receivers. Any CB can play the zones we saw last season. I also stand by what I have said previously, if we are to continue the same, we might as well trade AD and not sweat getting a Top Tier Edge.....Unless that Edge and AD can suddenly get the ability to get to a QB in 1.5 seconds.
Morris' scheme DOES have a place. But he needs to learn to change up things. ESPECIALLY on key 3rd downs. The Tampa game this past year was flat out disgusting. Most people scream at that last drive. I was pissed at Tampa's NEXT to last drive, when the Rams surrendered at 3rd n 4 or 5, fairly close to midfield. It was Defeatist as hell.
When it comes to Morris....I'll be honest...The scheme irks me but I DO think it has a place. But when the O gets smeared with injuries and the O is off all season, it is THEN to to rethink things. My #1 gripe with our D is how soft they are. Not in coverage by tackling and going to the ball. The amount of observers I saw on the field last year REALLY pissed me off. I hear Morris is really liked by the Players. I think I might know why.
Hard to disagree with anything you said there Gator. Take a bow Sir.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
