What is wanted is to say anything without proof
and when shown receipts it is never good enough.
This is nothing more than the millionth thread
to dump on Morris.
It is not a serious debate about scheme. How many
times have I tried to engage with reasonable
people about the pros and cons of the scheme
(and there are pros and there are cons)
But this is not about that.
It is about one more opportunity to make toilet
paper jokes.
