I'd like him to stay for the following reasons:
1) He has a proven track record, including a SB win.
2) Team-coaching continuity
3) Regardless of the legitimacy of the "soft" criticisms I'd be worried about who we would get to replace him.
(I'm not gonna argue about the "soft" criticism because it's been beaten to death three, no make that four, times here on the board and I'm hoping ya'll are done tired of repeating the arguments over and over).
And now that things are under control in terms of responses---beaten to death thing should be over. (3) that is legit (2) also legit (1) also legit
also for #1 ask how many rings McVay has without Morris? Answer: 0 Ask how many rings Morris has without McVay?: 1.
Morris has 2 rings.
So, it is fine that Morris stays. All Rams need is a healthy oline and offense will come back, and special teams (last in NFL) come back and the defense will be back to 2021 level and Rams right in the mix. No reason to fight about it. No reason at all. It's all fine. Just because Colts want an offensive coach in and offensive era--which makes sense---Rams have no reason to be concerned, IM0
