If Morris were the "most well rounded Coaching Candidate out there" he certainly would have been snatched up by someone, wouldn't he? even the really "bad" teams/organizations didn't want him.
Question for the Morris supporters: If he is so good...why doesn't anyone want him for their HC job openings year after year? I know none of his supporters will answer this, but it is a valid question.
It's been 2 years now with the same results. Nobody seems to be buying what Morris is selling...except for a few "Blue Bears" that are crazy about "ultra soft things". lol
Even after his 3 HOF'er's won him a SB ring he got no serious offers at all. Why???
Can we stop with all the "Morris won us a ring" stuff??? Sure, he helped but so did having all that HOF talent on D. Was it the Morris "scheme" that won that game or simply the talent of AD, Miller, Ramsey and crew that did it?
Let's be honest, does anyone really think he would have won a SB without them or McVAY as his HC? How much was that win due to those 3 HOF'ers on D and Stafford/Kupp on offense???
How many rings has he won without McVay and those 3 HOF'ers? How many playoff games has he won without McVay and those 3 HOF'ers?
Answer: 0
The same number of serious job offers he received! lol No, I don't call the Colts a "serious" offer. Morris is obviously not their first choice. He will be a "fall back" option if they don't get who they really want IMO and that franchise is dysfunctional anyway so does anyone really think they know what they are doing in Indy??? lol
Morris is a nice guy that the players love but seems like he is just not HC material no matter how much some would like him to be IMO.
So again, Questions for the Morris supporters that nobody will answer:
1) If he is so good...why doesn't anyone want him for their HC job openings year after year?
2) What do you think the issue is with Morris not getting any interest from other teams? If he's such a "great guy" (and I am sure he is) it must be his "coaching ability" that teams aren't impressed with, correct?
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
