I might miss him more when and if he's gone plus maybe he would actually be a better Head Coach then Coordinator, that is possible. He did a good job as the DC on the Super Bowl run, however, I have some concerns when it comes to him going with the likes of Derion Kendrick over Cobie Durant. Morris continued to stick with Kendrick who IMO, can't cover a bed. Durant is the superior cover guy so there is my concern in that area. I also believe that if Morris gets the Colt Job that Eric Henderson will become the DC of the Rams.
Overall I don't think he's leaving because I believe the Colts are hiring Shane Steichen of the Eagle, again, the Colts are odd, maybe somebody tells Irsay that the last Head Coach they hired Frank Reich was the Eagles OC too, but I have a feeling the reason for the delay is because the Colts are hiring one of the Super Bowl Assistants.

I especially resonate with your Eric Henderson prediction. There’s just something about that guy and l love his aggressive tendencies. I think both AD and Ramsey would be more effective under his leadership.
