all you see on websites are guys listed 1 to 50 or 1 to 150. or whatever. NFL teams don't do it that way. They do a horizontal stacked board. so all the positions go across the top, the seven rounds go down the side 1 to 7. then each player the team scouts gets a round designation and gets put in the corresponding box. so there are no players with grades of 96, or an A-. just a round.

So really, Tutu could have gotten a 2nd round grade from the Rams, and hypothetically so could have Humphrey, but the case was made that explosive WR trumps OC. decision made.
