I voted No.
IMHO you can not put an interim HC at the head of this football team for one year. That interim HC would be a lame duck from the get go.
Plus the Rams roster is at a cross roads, needing some retooling or even rebuilding at some units (o-line).

If McVay for whatever reason does not stay on in coaching this team the Rams should go after the best HC on the market who they are comfortable with. Harbaugh, Peyton or some hot shot coordinator. whoever they trust .
