How much was the success of Martz due to the talent on the Rams and how much was the success of Martz due to him?
Another thing to compare/think about is how did Martz do AFTER leaving the Rams and would it be the same for McVay?
What was Martz's record as a HC after leaving the Rams? 0-0? Martz never had the same success after leaving the Rams. Would McVay? I think so. Maybe not 2 SB's in 5 years but at least he would be a HC again, whereas Martz wasn't.
