The way the Rams do contracts, they don't have to say bye to Barron or Quinn or Watkins. (Tru I assume is gone either way.) They might in one or 2 of those cases, say bye that is, but they don't have to do that to sign Donald.
The way the Rams structure contracts, they can sign Donald and Joyner and Watkins this off-season, and still have space to do some other (smaller) things.
