You can't evaluate drafts in a vacuum. If you want to give the Rams a good grade for their drafts in the later rounds then there will be many other teams getting an A+. And that just ain't so.
The Rams haven't had a winning season in 12 years, and were 4-12 last year, but their recent drafts have been good. Think about how absurd that sounds.
Recent Ram drafts have been better, max. The Devaney ones and certainly the Snead ones.
