And they take TA and his contract!by hammer - RamsFootballFans.com
My prior post didn’t upload correctly ??? McVay took an underperforming team, added some offense and coaching, and had a very good year. The team make over begins year two. BUDGETS are not unlimited. I am more confident in McVay and Co going forward. I think they know what they want, know what they need, seem to be very good at evaluating talent and coaching up others. Rock, they obviously felt Watkins was worth Gains and a pick when they traded for him knowing he was under contract for just one year. They valued him. After a year with him on the team I am certain they have a better idea of what he is worth GOING FORWARD. What amount he is offered will in no way rest on what they traded to obtain him. McVay and co will look at what he contributed last yeaby hammer - RamsFootballFans.com
I believe that the same can be said for Tavon Austin; otherwise why would they keep him with that high salary. In fact I think he helped open up other players even more when he was on the bench. He must be that good because he has a big contract. In all seriousness I get the feeling the Rams want both Joyner and Watkins to comeback and whatever they gave up to get Watkins originally is now iby hammer - RamsFootballFans.com

The Minnesota touchdown was pure luck. Nevertheless we’ll be seeing it replayed every post season from here on after. Should Minnesota win the Super Bowl with a career backup that lucky touchdown will become lore. Just like the Imacualte Rececption this touch down (yet to have a solid moniker) will become lore of the NFL. I would call it the “Wiff”. Frankly as lore goes my favorite is “The Tby hammer - RamsFootballFans.com
Donald is looking for a new contract. As the consensus best defensive player in the NFL he will be getting a big contract sooner or later. Based on contracts given to top players he is going to be very expensive, especially for an interior lineman. Will a new contract for him break the bank and cripple the teams efforts to sign other free agents (including their own). He has one more year onby hammer - RamsFootballFans.com
Unnamed team sources report the Rams will play a 17th regular season game in 2018. While many in the organization wanted the game played during the normal bye week, ownership demanded it be played during the week just prior to the playoffs. The source told reporters that the decision was based on a thread of posts on a HERD forum, a fan site for the Rams. After reading that post management conby hammer - RamsFootballFans.com
My wife thought he must have money on the game. It was incredibly odd, especially after the time out taken by the Saints. But after seeing the replay from several angles I believe he was there too early knew it and tried to hold up, but with his head down he had no chance. It was a very awkward looking attempt. The only explanation for that is he was indoubt as to whether he was early or not.by hammer - RamsFootballFans.com
I couldn’t resist. I wouldn’t trade him for any current or former kicker. We were winning the field positoin battle until the muffed and fumbled punts. Hekkler can do things with a kick during a game that most only attempt when they are practicing. Those fair catches at or near the 20 result in no run backs at all.by hammer - RamsFootballFans.com
I hated last night, we all do. But I honestly feel a whole lot better about my team going into next season than I have in at least 10 years or more!by hammer - RamsFootballFans.com
I think that the defensive backs were “allowed to play” (beyond the rules). This concept that officials don’t want to decide the game is a misnomer. The NFL is a league of so many technical rules. Rules that are enforced during the season. So by not calling games the same way in the playoffs they infact decide the outcome of games. Just spit balling here and looking for some insight. So I’ll start. I see the offense moving the ball today but they MUST finish. I expect to see Atlanta key on Gourley? They can slow him but at what cost? Can the Rams take advantage and use the TE? I expect the TE to be open often. Early in the game ahuge play will be available to the TE going down the seam on a thuird and short! The Raby hammer - RamsFootballFans.com
On flip in to watch a few plays. It gave me flashbacks caused by the last 14 years. Then saw the crowd, at least the Ram ticket holders got some cash. Looks like 9 er home game. I turned it back to watch the Seachickens. Now more convulsions just thinking about it.by hammer - Game Time Forum
I didn't care for the call. Probably because I especially don't care for New England Cheatreettes. He lost it reaching for the end zone as he was going to the ground. Team meeting, Coach, "you know the rules allow for a celebrations when we score a touch down". Knew the Jags would beat the seachickens, Rams let this one get away. I’m very happy for this change, i’ve had enough Collinsworth. Although originally I liked him,his constant chatter and speculation has become tedious. He can be insightful at times but he can’t just leave it at that. His insistent chatter is too often obvious and repetitive. ‘Too many notes.” Is one quote that fits him now, another is, “Say Something once, why say it again?” Bonus is he’s replby hammer - RamsFootballFans.com
The Rams lost to Seattle earlier in the year. Mistakes and poor play cost the team a chance to win. Philly suffered the same fate. Philly didn’t look so good last night, at least they didn’t live up to the hype. The game looked like a pickup basketball game. I was looking at the schedule this morning and noticed that it didn't seem so daunting now. The Seahawks are entering a tough three game run. They play the Eagles at home, Jaguars away and then they host the Rams. Their last two games are against the Cowboys away (Christmas eve) and a home game against the Cards. The Rams get the Cards away, then three tough games, Eagles at home, Hawks away,by hammer - RamsFootballFans.com
