I didn't care for the call. Probably because I especially don't care for New England Cheatreettes. He lost it reaching for the end zone as he was going to the ground. But the rule must the rule must be applied constantly whether its the goal line or the side line. I could see a player trying to get out of bounds to stop the clock make the exact play and while going to the ground reach for the side line. How could that be called differently than the call we saw. Don't like the rule, but its application must be uniform.
