Another video by my friend (Kimi) -this one funded by Patagonia and I think its the best she's done. Lots of human interest. These are older Korean women who can really cut it. "Lessons from Jeju"by waterfield - Bucky's Pub
I don't know what's happening off Gordo Banks out of Cabo. Not too long ago that is where the hammerheads would school up in the thousands either for mating or something else. I think Cousteau's son or Cousteau himself made a remarkable film of the schooling hammerheads. We did it once but the water was green and I only saw 1 hammy. Its a fairly deep dive because the top of the reef is a pinnaclby waterfield - Bucky's Pub
Been in a cage with whites (you know that); been in open water with Tiger sharks and bull sharks. Bull sharks were the scariest. When they come straight at you they look just like white shark as they have this big wide head. In 1988 we were in Florida off Islamorada for a two day spear fishing contest. Saw more than just a few. I've seen two Tigers in my life-both off Socorro Island. They were wby waterfield - Bucky's Pub

Steve does a wonderful job of filming his SCUBA dives in Belize. Always a pleasure looking at his amazing work. On another level a friend of mine has put together a series of short videos focusing on Kimi Werner a Hawaiian free diver who I met on the big island when she was only 15 yrs old. She is beyond belief-can dive 100 ft and hold her breath for 5 min. plus. She has also speared more larby waterfield - Bucky's Pub
i agree with that. Its far easier to be selfish than to have empathy for others and act accordingly. But is it human nature or is it learned behavior? I think its learned and if its learned than having concern for others can be learned as well. I suspect there are societies where the latter is prevalent.by waterfield - Bucky's Pub
Explain that to my son who has no immune system due to treatment (Immunotherapy ) for metastatic melanoma. Should he come in contact with the virus it could be fatal. And there are millions like him. Because it points out how many people are concerned about themselves and care nothing about others. It's the I'm on board so pull up the ladder that has gotten us into so much trouble. I.E. As long as I'm vaccinated and can't get sick I don't care about others. F--k em. Let them get vaccinated or not. I don't care. That's their freedom to decide. To me, that sums up a whole lot of problems iby waterfield - Bucky's Pub
The system-and there is no better system of justice-won't work unless ordinary people show up, listen to the evidence, and try and find that kernel of truth. Our system -based on the English common law-does not want someone who WANTS to serve. Those tend to be people with an agenda-meaning they are pre-disposed.by waterfield - Bucky's Pub
Several years ago a close friend of mine was hosting a wedding reception for his son and his bride at their house on the beach near Cabo Literally hundreds of people were invited. People flew from all over. We flew down from San Diego. Get to the airport and take a rental to the home. Arrive before any other guests. My friend says "Tony, we got a problem" He said "see the couple wby waterfield - Bucky's Pub
What were now seeing is merely home run contests from the hitters and who can throw the hardest from the pitchers. Add in the shifts which are a result of metrics and data collection and what you end up with is a game of either strikeouts or home runs or both. Not a lot of action in that.by waterfield - Bucky's Pub
This I can never forget. Saw the actual play in New York and at the Dorothy Chandler in L.A. (twice at the Chandler) What you have here is a live performance of the music in the play including this the finale and epilogue. The epilogue is what gets me every time. If it wasn't for this I never would have become a fan of live theater.by waterfield - Bucky's Pub
Remember I had been listening at home for several hours before. I think with many artists its all about timing. When Diamond was popular there was a reason. And there's a reason why today many don't want to hear any more of him. Some people "today" are sick of the Beattles. Put them back in the 60s and they likely would have fallen all over them. There are exceptions-Sinatra comesby waterfield - Bucky's Pub
Some truly great movies are a gut punch. Schindler's List is one that I cannot re-watch it. Same with the opening beach assault in Private Ryan. Talk about violence !by waterfield - Bucky's Pub
A number of years ago a neighbor was having a pool Neil Diamond party. Every song he ever recorded was blasting. After too many drinks I told my wife I was going over to tell them to turn down Neil. I didn't come back for three hours. Had a blast.by waterfield - Bucky's Pub

To me the violence in Kill Bill (1 & 2) was very cartoonish and so I didn't consider it violence porn. However, my wife, like you, turned it off almost immediately and refuses to watch it again. I've always liked Uma Thurman and the music fit perfectly. The battle at the end of # 1, in the snow, was, to me, actually quite beautiful, with the snow flakes falling, etc. It's also important to nby waterfield - Bucky's Pub

is that he is a "bad" qb. He may not be an elite qb like many believe Stafford is but he is a "good" qb. Like all "good" qbs put him in the right offense with the right players and he will perform admirably. Hopefully that will happen for a guy who loves football.by waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
