why do you want to argue about it so much ?by waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
People have different accounts upon seeing the same thing. It happens and its not uncommon.by waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
Any lawyer that waits until the very last day to file is behind the ball and has given the defense a tremendous advantage in its preparation. Thus it was not surprising that AD retained a lawyer immediately as well to get his side out to the public. No matter what side your on "if you snooze you lose". I do think its reasonable to question going to the public with your theory but I caby waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
As soon as he realized he was wrong he admitted it in "public". He didn't try and milk it for some nuisance value settlement. Initially he attempted to get out in front of this by repeating what his client told him. The longer a case lingers the less value it has and making it public helps to weed out witnesses. etc. Once a client tells you something that you discover isn't true you havby waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
Sounds to me like he's simply saying how he behaves and thinks-as opposed to trying to win some sort of debate. You never win a debate on a message board but providing your opinion is a healthy contribution to such forums as this.by waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
"To be accurate the headline should say "Sean McVay hints ex-QB Jared Goff can’t read defenses as well as Stafford can" That would be 100% true and I don't know that anyone would have a problem with it." I would-because he's never coached Stafford. I also think McVay has more class than to come out like that. At least I hope he does. Then again, I've never associated with Mby waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
IMO it wasn't that Bradford was a bad qb. Much like Gurley he came with a serious shoulder injury sustained at Oklahoma. He played with pain throughout his brief career. He would have been an elite NFL qb had he been able to play like he once did at Oklahoma when he was healthy. He doesn't need any defenders. He, like many, had a shortened NFL life because of serious injuries in college. Its a toby waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
Maybe for most but not for all. If Goff has a great game I will post it-not for argumentative sake but for the same reason I posted stuff on Warner when he was in New York. Same with Gurley in Atlanta. Everyone is different. I identify with certain player I like personally. Some, if not most, identify with the uniform more than the players. It's all natural-at least I think I'm not weird or is anby waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
Yet so many know they won't be around to enjoy the thrill of publicity-either by their own suicide or by the police. My own fear is that there has been a steady raise of anger and rage in our population over the last 50 years. If we could answer the "why" of that I believe we would be on our way to a better society.by waterfield - Bucky's Pub
If he does order a brain scan it is the most benign thing you've ever been through.. You feel nothing-absolutely nothing. I've had three because my wife continuous to tell my doc she is certain I have no brain.by waterfield - Bucky's Pub
To be a racial slur the word(s) do not have to be intended to be such. The word N-----is terribly offensive to many blacks and whites. Yet it is often used in music, slogans, history books, and even like I just used it here. It's the fact that it is so offensive to so many people is what causes most to reject its use. And it's offensive because for years it was used as an ethnic slur-especiallyby waterfield - Bucky's Pub
If it was my doc, the first thing he would do would be to order a brain scan to rule out a minor stroke or worse. Neuropathy is serious stuff when it involves the optic nerve.by waterfield - Bucky's Pub
I have often wondered these past years how we (USA) compares to other developed countries, percentage wise, to mental illness. If the percentage is higher-and I know of no studies on the subject-how much of it is related to the internet, social media, genetics, and of course parenting -which is always the easiest fall back theory. Another question is why almost all of these tragedies are causedby waterfield - Bucky's Pub
It does show AD pushing people away. No question about that. But, unless I'm mistaken, the video appears to begin with the victim already on the ground. We don't know how he ended up on the ground. It also shows what a bunch of punks these guys were hitting and kicking a defenseless person on the ground. We're these guys friends of Donald? I hope not.by waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
"And even in dealing with women. Say something way out of bounds, or be a jerk and maybe give'em a pinch where you ought not to, and you'll get your glasses knocked off with a haymaker of a slap. Incident over. Today, you go to jail, get a police record, and the woman goes to counseling." I think today you are more likely to get that "haymaker" from women-at least the one'sby waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
I've made that point often. It's really about the cloth and colors. That-we can identify with -whereas its hard to identify with other human beings. We don't go around with a photo of Dickerson on our shirts but we do wear a # 29 jersey.by waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
I've read arguments that this team is the best in baseball history. I don't know but I put them-as of now-right up there with the 1927 and 1998 Yankees.by waterfield - Bucky's Pub
A lot of what you wrote is true. A skilled lawyer once told me it wasn't about the facts but about the impression you give. Moreover, "facts" are subject to all sorts of interpretation. In a criminal case the defense wants the jury to get the impression that your client is in some way deserving of the one interpretation that supports your theory of the case. But we don't know the details of why or how the attorney got involved. Could be a personal friend of his; maybe hired by a family member; maybe recommended by a hospital attendant; maybe an officer recommended it (and that happens frequently); maybe because its a brawl the lawyer is involved because of possible criminal case; Often people are so angry that someone has done something terrible to tby waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
It's an interesting social disorder. We think of Ram players as part of our "family". Therefore if one of our family does something wrong we are gravely disappointed in them. OTOH if they are traded to a different team or no longer playing do we feel the same disappointment with the same intensity? Yet, its the same "person".by waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com

"The human mind will not tolerate a vacuum." Love that.by waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
And that's the problem with tweets or whatever from people that don't understand the basics of law enforcement. The only "charges" that can be filed come from the District Attorney's office-not from the "victim". What he likely means is that the victim-via his personal attorney- contacted the police who came to the hospital and opened a file and did a preliminary report. "This is just about money." Like a wrongful death action. Like a construction site accident where someone loses a leg. . Like any other civil action re injuries.- It's always about money=justice. If the guy is blind and it is AD's fault (negligence) then you can't sue to get the eyesight back. This of course assume there is even a lawsuit which may or may not be in the works.by waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com

What do you know that causes you to say "seems like..." Or is that just speculation in defense of a Ram? We really don't know anything about the fight do we-other than what we have right here on this board.by waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
and I don't recall a time when "taking a beating" was part of my learning curve. I also have not read any criminal statutes that say it's ok to "take a beating" if its part of a lesson for you to learn. Maybe your right-we should eliminate such laws and simply allow people to go around beating others up to "teach them something". However, IMO the person administeringby waterfield - RamsFootballFans.com
