On that last drive when he said he had NEVER before seen a QB and Receiver under that much pressure, when everyone and their dog knew it had to be those two to make it happen, come through. I concur... never seen anything like that in my entire NFL watching life. In all honesty... I don't think many here on this board really understand what occurred on that drive. I'm not sure anything would thrill me more than seeing all you guys eat @#$# regarding Tutu. :laughing And no, I'm not AT ALL saying I think Tutu is going to become a star... I don't know but I am definitely dubious about him... but at the same time... I have never seen such early judgement with any player.. not ever... based on ONE thing, NOT two, ONE... his size. Didn't watch the AA's.... even worse, didn't see this story until today. I don't make 'anything' of it all... because I really don't give a flying rat's ass. I shouldn't be that way... won't argue that... but this crap is so common now why bother?by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
First... I love him. That is not in question. The man is a phenomenal DB. Perhaps not a great SB but he got us there. He's a gossip. A motor mouth. Naturally gabby. :laughing Some people are like that... doesn't make them a 'bad' person, or a 'good' one for that matter. He's the kind of guy who loves to talk. In fact, he can't do anything else, it's in his nature. When you talk thaby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
Deebo, IMHO, is one of the most incredible players in the NFL today.... ain't any other player I like defeating more. Some as much... Kelci, Adams, Herbert, the list is long.... just completed a year in which the Rams did exactly that... beat the best. I like that. I don't ever wish for opponents to lose their best to ease the Ram's road to victory... instead I want the Rams to beat them AT THby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm not a big fan of the game itself so all games are 'somewhat' boring to me... it's the competition, what's at stake. So I enjoy it even though the game itself leaves me a bit dry. I'm expecting the Duke/N Carolina game to be a doozy. (points for being the first person on the board to use the word doozy).by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Very healthy looking Lion, he/she is eating well... which is probably why we're seeing fewer deer these days. He/She is not alone either. We know of at least two others roaming the area. There could be even more. I'm not at all concerned about personal safety... just not in a cougar's character to go after adults. The extremely few exceptions make for sensational headlines but doesnby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
This is the gate onto the lower portion of our ranch... it's the one we use the most. The time stamp shows this mountain lion crossing the gate almost exactly 10 minutes before my Grandson and his girlfriend arrived to open it and drive thru. - JamesJMby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub

Know him? Olympic gold medalist in the 200 back in '68. Told this before... but I was reminded of it today because one of my grandson's is running on that very same track I ran on, in Lemoore, Ca. I ran against him twice. In the 100 and the 200. I was NOT a 200 man but our guy was sick and didn't come to the meet... coach volunteered me. If we're home and someone tries to break in, (God forbid), they're in for big time trouble. It's when we're away that it's far more likely. So I was referring to 'help' in that the sheriff's would arrive to stop the theft in progress... without anyone being home. If I'm home, well, I've got 3 biometric safes, a large standing safe, and a mid-size safe in various rooms. I don't think I couldby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I saw the first 3 seasons of LHOTP....and enjoyed every second of it. And like you I saw none of them when they originally aired. I thought Mrs. Olsen and Nellie were two of the best characters in the history of TV. :laughing Despicable, to be sure... but so much fun to watch. :laughing Not sure why I didn't continue with season 4. Danny DeVito would be most fitting. :laughing Actually I'd audition to play myself... having majored in Dramatic Arts. I have not seen it but I heard it's very good. Well actually I did see the first episode. I wish I had a home like that on my ranch. :laughing Instead we have a one room cabin that's mostly inhabited by pack rats and the occasional rattlesnake. :laughingby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
it's mostly useless for me. As you know I live in the boonies.... unless a sheriff happens to be in the area, (very unlikely), are response in less than 20 minutes is very unlikely. I think most of you know that I have a mountain ranch near Coalinga, Calif. Very wild and rugged. It’s my ‘get away from it all’ place. And that because when you are there you truly are away from it all. No cell service, no people, no houses, very few improvements - a few water troughs we have for animals and that’s about it. My oldest grandson loves it there, like I do. So recently he toby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
never had any problems with mine... in fact, not sure they even worked. I certainly never heard them. They have a setting for if you have pets... which we do, cats. So I set it for cats... whether or not that works? No idea. First to screw up. That's the name of the pool. Here's why: Just installed a new, (upgraded), security system for my home. but I doubt if you really appreciate just how much I envy you those trips to the South Pacific. I am constantly playing that mental game of "where in the world would I want to live" and there is zero doubt that most often I think of the South Pacific. but the flight that 'seemed' the longest that I've taken was to Japan. I believe a little over 11 hours. Another flight I remember taking back in 1969 took 11.5 hours... direct flight from London to LA. Most of my other international flights had at least one stop. My most unforgettable flight. This is from memory... so without question it won't be entirely accurate. It's a complex story. Lot of a design issues (tanks for fuel), and politics... where they could land for refueling. I can say this... yesterday the F-18's flew above my home from mid-morning until late afternoon... they had never done that before. Usually they're above my home for only a brief time, maybe 20 minutes or so. Occasionally they'd return for a second session of dogfighting. But all day, like yesterday? Boeing 314 The Yankee Clipper - The most "Romantic" plane of all time, IMHO. I read a couple of novels that featured this plane... and I was mesmerized. Used to have daydreams, (and night dreams), about taking a transatlantic flight aboard one of these beauties.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
one of the first, maybe THE first, to use a spinner.... giving it that 'shark' look. I'm not very original here... going with probably the favorite for most.. The Sopwith Camel, although I wasn't that fond of UK's paint scheme on it, during wartime that is... I've seen some restorations that have magnificent paint schemes. and in fact will be quite disappointed if he doesn't. That isn't to say I think he's the future QB for the Rams, however. 53 player limit has made and practice time restrictions have made it nearly impossible for teams to field two quality, (staring caliber), QB's... not that there are that many out there. - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
